Q: What happens if the parks increase their prices before I travel?

Q: How long will it take to get my tickets?

Q: Why should I buy my tickets in advance?
A: Buying your tickets in advance from us ensures that you will always be paying the best possible price. Buying in advance also helps you plan your trip, it saves you time by eliminating ticket queues at the gates and you will avoid any last minute price increases.

Q: What are the age restrictions?
A: Guests of all ages are welcomed at Discovery Cove. To swim with the dolphins, however, guests must be at least 6 years of age.

Q: When should I arrive?
A: Park operating hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. check-in begins at 8 a.m. We recommend arriving early so you can enjoy a full day at this beautiful park.

Q: Do I have to book a date or can I leave it open?
A: Because Discovery Cove limit attendance to 1000 people per day, we have to book a date in advance. During busy periods such as Easter and Summer, we require at least 3 months notice in order to secure your place.

Q: Do you need to be an experienced swimmer for Discovery Cove?
A: No, life jackets are provided and you don't have to go out of your depth.

Q: What is included in the dolphin swim all-inclusive price?
A: Your Discovery Cove experience includes everything: a dolphin swim experience, unlimited access to all swim and snorkel areas, the free flight aviary, a sumptuous meal, use of a mask, snorkel, life vests and /or wetsuits, towel, locker, parking, lounge chairs and beach umbrellas. NB - Specially formulated sun tan locations that is safe for the animals habitats will be available. Please leave your sunscreen at home. The NON swim ticket includes everything the SWIM ticket includes except the Dolphin Swim. Both the Swim and Non Swim packages include 7 days admission to either SeaWorld or Busch Gardens which can be taken either before or after the Swim date. Alternatively you can opt for the PLUS package that includes 14 days entry to both SeaWorld and Busch Gardens.

Q: How long is the Dolphin swim block?
A: The swim block will consist of a 30-minute introduction with the trainers and a 30-minute group session with the dolphins. This will be followed by a 30-minute debrief for any questions.

Q: If I buy the 5-park Orlando FlexTicket, how do I get to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay?
A: There is a free shuttle bus, transporting ticket holders from various locations in and around Orlando, to Busch Gardens. It takes about 90 minutes each way. If you are driving from Orlando, travel west on 1-4 to 1-75, go north and take exit 265. If you are driving from St Petersburg travel north on 1-275, take exit 33 and then turn left onto Busch Boulevard.

A: No, the ticket is valid for 14 days and within that period you can visit the parks as often or as little as you like.

A: Dress like you were going on a hike in the woods. No open toed shoes. It is not any cooler in the balloon than it is on the ground so we suggest dressing for that particular days weather.

A: You will ascend to heights anywhere between the treetops to several thousand feet. It depends on wind speed and direction.
