In the event that you wish to make a complaint we will need it placed in writing. The easiest and fastest way for us to help resolve a query is for you to email us.

We aim to respond to your query within 72 business hours. Please note that in the event of a complaint we will aim to resolve the matter according to ABTA guidelines – this can take up to 28 days. However we always endeavor to resolve all queries in the shortest possible time.
