The terms and conditions below are the basis of our agreement as a retailer of our products and services with you, the buyer, of said products and services. By agreeing to purchase products and services from Orlando Attraction Tickets website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are available for you before you decide to make any purchase from the Orlando Attraction Tickets website.
You must have read, agreed to and understood these terms and conditions before you are able to complete our booking process. We accept payment in the following methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not charge any additional fees to process your payment.
Your payment (Full balance/deposit) will be processed at the time of your purchase being accepted. This means that once your order has been confirmed by our team we will then collect your funds.
You can make a booking and secure your order with a standard £10 deposit per person. The balance on your booking will be due 8 weeks before you travel. When you make a booking via a deposit it is your responsibility to provide payment details that will still be valid when your balance is due. If you need to update your payment details, please call us on 0800 228 9333. By making a booking under our deposit scheme you agree to authorise us to process the balance on your booking automatically when it is due. Please note that we cannot dispatch part of an order – your ticket order will be dispatched once the whole balance against your whole order has been settled.
When you reserve your tickets via a Deposit you are securing the price available at the time of your booking.
Hard Tickets: These will be sent via a Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service. This means that you will need to sign for the tickets upon delivery. Once your tickets have been delivered or Royal Mail have informed you of attempted delivery and left instructions on how to collect your tickets your order is considered complete. In the event that you are not based in the UK and have ordered real tickets we reserve the right to alter your order to eTickets (where available) which we will be able to dispatch via email anywhere in the world.
Our free UK delivery service ‘Royal Mail First Class Signed For’ does not have a guaranteed delivery date – Your tickets will usually be with you within 7-10 working days. If you require your tickets faster we recommend you take our Express Delivery option. Express Delivery will be sent via Royal Mail Express Delivery service.
International Delivery: We are able to send tickets internationally to select countries. Please call us on 0800 228 9333 or email email@example.com for more details. International deliveries are an additional cost and may take up to 21 days to reach you. Please contact us for more details. Please note: Customers are responsible for any Customs, Tax or any other form of import Duty levied against your purchase by your selected Country of delivery.
eTickets:Many of our partners offer their tickets digitally. These tickets will be available for you to print from your customer account online once your full balance for your order has been paid. Many eTickets are available to display on your smart phone to access the parks/events so you will not need to print them out. If in doubt please contact us for more information.
Please Note: You will need to have at least 7 days before date of first use in order to receive the tickets via the post (Excludes International Delivery). If you require your tickets sooner, please call us on 0800 228 9333
Tickets lost in the post
In the unlikely event that your tickets are lost in transit we will provide you with information that will allow you to collect your tickets in resort - when possible. Please note that Royal Mail will not consider your tickets lost in the post until 15 working days have passed. Should we need to cancel/issue ticket information for lost tickets please be aware that this process can take around 10 working days. However, we will endeavour to reissue your tickets in the shortest possible time.
Pre-Booked Park Entry
Some parks such as Discovery Cove and Disney require customers to pre-reserve their park visitation days in advance. It is your responsibility to check that the parks are available for your chosen dates of travel. Orlando Attraction Tickets cannot be held responsible in the event that you do not pre-reserve park days in advance. In the event that you cannot enter the park for failure to pre-serve days no refunds will be offered. Please be aware that you can only reserve park days once you have paid for your tickets in full and you have received your tickets.
Orlando Attraction Tickets website sell both Hard tickets and eTickets/Will Call. Please be aware that we reserve the right to supply any of the ticket types listed below for your chosen parks, attraction or event. Please note that it is normal practice for tickets to contain a commencement or expiry date. It is your responsibility to use the tickets/vouchers by the specified commencement or expiry date. Once a ticket expires it cannot be changed. We cannot offer any refunds for tickets that have expired. In some cases such as special event or Disney Magic Tickets we will require the start date of your visit - you must provide this date accurately - we cannot be held responsible in the event you are unable to access the parks/events due to not providing the correct start date.No refunds will be offered in the event that you enter the wrong start date for your park visit.
Hard tickets are tickets made from either cardboard or plastic. These tickets are dispatched using a signed for mail service. A signature is required upon delivery.
eTickets/Will Call are tickets that may be emailed to you. If your order contains hard ticket your eTickets will be sent in the post along with your hard tickets. Some suppliers such as Disney, LEGOLAND & SeaWorld Parks & Entertainments only issue eTickets. eTickets do not need to be exchanged, no additional queues are required. eTickets contain bar codes, so you scan in and out of the parks in the normal way. eTickets are gate ready - the same as a hard ticket.
eVouchers are tickets that may be emailed to you. eVouchers need to be exchanged at the parks for ‘Real Tickets’ eVopucher exchange is fast and easy and should only take a matter of minutes. Follow the redemption instructions advised.
Will Call Tickets are tickets that may need to be collected locally in resort from a box office or ticket collection point.
If you need to amend your booking in any way please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking number and your change request. A minimum amendment fee of £25 will apply along with any increase in costs should we change or re-book your order - however the full amendment process will need to have been confirmed and agreed before any change to your booking is made. Please be aware that not all bookings can be amended. We cannot make any amendments to bookings/tickets where the commencement date has passed.
If your booking is able to be amended the old voucher will then become invalid and should be destroyed. If we have paid you a refund in respect of the amendment and you subsequently manage to use the original voucher you will be responsible for paying that refund back to us. Your payment details will be charged automatically.
Please note that some tickets may be non-transferable, non-changeable and cancellable. You will need to contact us for more information. If your product/service/ticket cannot be amended or cancelled, you will not receive a refund.
Disney Amendments: Please note: We cannot accept any amendments of Disney tickets that have been linked to My Disney Experience App, FastPass+ or MyMagic+ or Genie+ systems.
Lost, damaged, forgotten, stolen tickets
Once you have received your tickets they become your sole responsibility. You will need to ensure that your tickets are stored safely as we cannot replace or refund lost, stolen, endorsed, defaced or damaged tickets. In some cases it may be possible to provide a copy of your ticket which may be used for re-issue at guest services locally. Please contact us for more information as this process as is not available on all ticket products.. Please note that Orlando Attraction Tickets will not be liable for any local fees incurred for accessing the parks/attractions in the event that you do not show your valid tickets upon entry.
Alterations and Cancellations by you If you wish to amend your booking once it has been confirmed please contact as soon as possible you will need to contact us at least 5 days before the start date of your trip in order to allow sufficient time amend your booking. Please note it may not always be possible to make amendments. Where it is possible to do so an administration fee of £25 will be charged together with any costs incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers in making the change. An amended voucher (where applicable) will be issued to you. The original voucher will then become invalid and should be destroyed. No refunds will be payable if the original voucher and not the reissued one is redeemed at the attraction concerned – you will be responsible for the cost of both orders. If we have paid you a refund in respect of the amendment and you subsequently manage to use the original voucher you will be responsible for paying that refund back to us. To cancel a booking, please email email@example.com. We will then issue you with a cancellation invoice. The cancellation will only take effect from the date that we issue our cancellation invoice. If you cancel your booking but then somehow manage to redeem the original voucher you will be responsible for reimbursing us for the full cost of the voucher. The cancellation charges set out below apply on cancellation. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding amendment charges. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
The following charges will apply to all ticket orders, attractions and excursions unless your ticket order, attraction or excursion is cancelled within 48 hours of being made (cooling off period):
- Discovery Cove or Any attraction more than 30 days before the arrangements are due to start: 25%
- 30 days or less before the arrangements are due to start: 100%
Special events/Personalised tickets
- Cancellation at any time after the booking has been confirmed: 100%
All Other Attraction Ticket Bookings
- Up to 30 days before the arrangements are due to start: 25%
- Between 29 - 7 days before the arrangements are due to start: 50%
- Within 7 days of the arrangements due to start: 100%
- Deposit / Instalment bookings - If you decide to cancel your booking before the balance is paid your deposit plus any instalments you have paid (if lower than the 25% of your order total) will act as the cancellation charge for your order.
Please be aware we can no longer accept Disney 2020 ticket returns or amendments. In the event that you still hold tickets valid for 2020, Disney will consider these tickets to entirely belong to you (the customer). Any amendment will need to be made directly with Disney - these amendments are solely at Disney's discretion.
Please note that we cannot accept any cancellation of Disney tickets once you have received then – Disney tickets are personalised/tailored to your specific trip using your start date, party size and your name. Please be aware that we cannot make any amendments to Disney tickets that have been linked to Disney’s MyMagic+, My Disney Experience App, Fastpass+ or Disney Genie+.
Disney special events for example Mickey's not so scary Halloween party and Mickey's very merry Christmas party cannot be amended or cancelled. Any cancellation or amendment will be a a charge of 100%
Universal Orlando Cancellations/Amendments
Please note that we cannot accept tickets back that have been endorsed by you. The tickets must not have been written on or damaged in anyway.

Cancellation refund times vary depending on when we are refunded by the parks for your pre-paid tickets. Please note some tickets may not be able to be cancelled - please contact us for more information.

Alterations and Cancellations by us due to circumstances beyond our control: In the event that your arrangements are significantly amended or cancelled by our suppliers before commencement and there is time to do so, we will offer you the choice of the following options: (1) accept the change (for significant changes) or (2) purchase alternative comparable arrangements from us. The options set out above represent the full extent of our liability to you in the event of a significant change or cancellation of your arrangements.
All cancellations need to be made in writing. We do not accept cancellations via the phone. You can email cancellations to email@example.com Cancellation charges depend on the type of product/service/ticket you have reserved. Some tickets may not be able to be cancelled.
Not all tickets will be valid for refunds/amendments. Special event tickets, promotional offers or tickets that are personalised/tailored using your details may not be cancelled, amended or refunded. You will need to check with us before you return your tickets. Refund times will be advised once we receive your cancellation/refund request. Tickets/reservations retained beyond 12 months of valid start date are non refundable.
At the time of your booking you will be asked to provide details relevant to your trip. These details include (but not exclusive to) Lead customer name, names of people in your party, date of ticket use, your departure date, delivery address. Please ensure that these details are correct at the time of booking. We cannot be held responsible in the event that you have enter incorrect details when ordering. The details you enter online or provide over the phone are assumed correct and as such are not changed/amended/verified in any other way by Orlando Attraction Tickets.
Advertising and price accuracy
Every effort is made to ensure that all the details within our website are as accurate as possible. In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel your request and refund you in full. In some cases, time sensitive offers may expire during a time that our office is closed. In this event we will inform you of any expired offer that cannot be fulfilled. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order you will not be charged for your request. Should price changes take effect before we are able to place your booking with the relevant supplier we will contact you with a revised price. You will then reserve the right to cancel your request free of charge.
Interruption of service
From time to time some rides/services/products/events/parks etc may close or alter their offering for reasons that include, but are not limited to, maintenance, permanent product alternation and customer safety purposes. In the event of any closure / or interruption of service Orlando Attraction Tickets and our respective ticket partners cannot be held culpable. No partial refunds or compensation will be offered by our ticket partners due to the nature of these standard practices outlined within their own respective terms and conditions.
Please note that Disney will close one of their water parks seasonally for maintenance purposes. From time to time other water park operators may close their park due to local weather issues such as essential or scheduled maintenance, adverse weather conditions, temperature etc. We therefore encourage guests to check with the respective water park operator before you visit the park.
From time to time Orlando Atraction Tickets may run offers and promotions. These offers and promotions are run entirely at our discretion and can change or end at any time. You must reserve your tickets at the time the offer is running in order to qualify. Please be aware that you must ensure that your payment method is successful at the time of your booking as you will not be able to secure any offer without making a successful deposit/full payment. Any bookings without valid payment will be cancelled down. In the event that you have already made a booking with us and subsequently wish to take advantage of a promotion open to new bookings you will need to cancel your existing order via email and rebook the new offer while the offer is running.
Smile Alerts are free offerings provided by third party organisations. These offerings have no monetary value when provided for free and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Smile Alerts are subject to availability at participating venues. The supplier reserves the right to withdraw, update, reject or modify their offering at any time without notice.Smile alerts are vouchers that you will need to print off from your customer account. In some cases such as Kids Eat Free Card or VIP Shop and Dine4Less Card, these particular cards will be sent in the post with hard ticket purchases. Please note that if you elect to buy eTickets some Smile Alerts may not be available.
Smile Alert Dining Cards
From time to time Orlando Attraction Tickets may offer free dining cards on a promotional basis relating to an advertised minimum spend. These dining cards are promotional gifts funded by OAT. Customers meeting the minimum spend requirements will be entitled to 1 x promotional card per household.Customers will need to select their preferred card at the time of check out - please be aware that once your order is completed and dispatched you will not be able to add or amend the promotional dining card offer. We cannot send cards that have not been selected at the time of booking. Please ensure that you check your confirmation email right away to ensure you have booked correctly – you will need to inform us of any error before we dispatch your tickets.
Please be aware that prices are subject to change at any moment depending on the influencing conditions of the market. Once you decide to make a booking your tickets will be secured at the rate you were happy to book at the time of your order. Your price will be fixed and guaranteed.
Please be aware your Order/Booking Request is considered completed once you have received your tickets. When you have received your tickets your contract with us is deemed completed. Once the tickets are in your possession they are your sole responsibility. Orlando Attraction Tickets can not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or errors made during the booking process.
Orlando Attraction Tickets work extremely hard to ensure that our prices are as competitive as possible. In the unlikely event you find a lower priced ticket offer Orlando Attraction Tickets will be happy to look at matching the price. Please note, any price match consideration will be done so on a ‘like for like’ basis. This includes ticket delivery, type of ticket and any supplementary costs or offers involved. Please note that in the event we match a competitor price we will not include any added value, promotional item or special add on currently available with our full price ticket offerings. Orlando Attraction Tickets is under no obligation to match a price – all price matches are done so at our sole discretion. Please note that Price Match consideration is only available that the time of your initial booking – we will not consider pricing matching enquiries on orders that have already been placed.
At the time of your booking you will be asked for to confirm certain details regarding your travel such as, the Lead Customer name, details of people in your party, your date of travel, your first date of ticket use etc We cannot be held responsible in the event you have not entered the correct details. To make your booking you may be asked to provide details of all of the guests in your party who will be using the tickets/products. You must be authorised to name those that will be travelling with you. The initial named person on the booking (lead customer) must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking and/or by their parent/guardian for all party members who are under 18 years of age when the booking is made. The Lead Customer is responsible for making all payments due on the order. The Lead Customer must be at least 18 years of age in order to submit a booking.
Please be aware that when you make a booking online we will purchase your selected tickets for you. Some of these tickets will require the names of each of the tickets users and other tickets will not need to be named at the time of purchase. In any instance Orlando Attraction Tickets will make a purchase for your order from our ticket partners to ensure your price and tickets are guaranteed. In the event of cancellation or amendment of your order you may incur fees that cover the cost incurred by Orlando Atraction Tickets. These fees may cover the following (but are not exclusive to) Administration, advertising, postage, packing, loss of exchange rate, card processing fees, loss of business etc.By completing your order you agree to be responsible for any non refundable costs that relate to your booking - please see our cancellation and amendment fees for more details.
We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or ‘force majeure’ as defined above
Please note, we cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description (1) which on the basis of the information given to us by you concerning your booking prior to our accepting it, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you or (2) which did not result from any breach of contract or other fault by ourselves or our employees or, where we are responsible for them, our suppliers. Additionally, we cannot accept liability for any business losses.
Conditions of suppliers. Many of the services which make up your arrangements are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you - all suppliers reserve the right to change or alter their offering at anytime. Ticket Guardian Plus
Purchase Ticket Guardian Plus at the time of your booking to avoid cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your booking, for any reason, up until the departure date you entered at the time of your booking.
Ticket Guardian Plus covers the following
You will not be charged an amendment fee to change your booking. You will only need to pay any additional costs towards your tickets in the event of a price change at the time of your amendment. Ticket Guardian+ cannot be used to amend your order to the same tickets in the event that prices change. You will need to cancel your order and rebook at the loss of the cost of Ticket Guardian Plus
You may cancel and receive a full ticket refund on the following - Minus the cost of the Ticket Guardian Plus Product;
All multi day/length of stay tickets such as Disney Magic Tickets, Universal Explorer Tickets, SeaWorld 2 & 3 Park tickets.
Ticket Guardian plus does not include refunds when cancelling the following ticket options;
Special event/Special offer tickets such as Universal Express Passes, Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights, Disney Not So Scary Halloween Party, Disney H2O Glow, Universal/Disney VIP Tours, Discovery Cove Packages, Discovery Cove SeaVenture, Kennedy Space Centre Special Offers, Orlando Magic Tickets, Pre-booked Transport, Excursions and Tours, specially ticketed events and non refundable promotional tickets.
Once tickets have been returned for a refund we will need to conduct checks to ensure that the tickets have not been used to enter the parks. Once we have received confirmation from the supplier we will issue your refund.
Any tickets that you wish to cancel or amend will need to be sent back to our office. Please ensure that you send the tickets back via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Orlando Attraction Tickets cannot be held responsible in the event that tickets are lost in transit. In the event that returned tickets do not reach us we will not offer any refund or amendment.
Ticket Guardian Plus can only be added at the time of your original booking. You cannot add Ticket Guardian Plus to your booking at any other time.
Orlando Attraction Tickets shall not be liable itself or vicariously through its local partners for either a failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations under or pursuant to your booking, voucher, reservation, or terms and conditions, if and in so far as performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by force majeure. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Booking Conditions we regret we cannot accept responsibility where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected or you otherwise suffer any loss, damage or expense of any nature as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. such events may include (but not exclusive to) actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. Advice from the Foreign Office to avoid or leave a particular country may constitute Force Majeure.
Orlando Attraction Tickets aims to resolve complaints within 28 days of receipt, however we will endeavour to resolve your issue as soon as possible. All complaints must be made in writing and either posted to Orlando Attraction Tickets C/O U.S. Rent A Car, Westmead House, Westmead, Farnborough, Hants, GU14 7LP or emailed to email@example.com.
In doing so a situation may arise where customers or travel agents receive a refund, goodwill gesture and/or compensation payment of a duplicated nature, from both U.S. Rent A Car Ltd and our local product/service/ticket partner. In such an event Orlando Attraction Tickets .co.uk / U.S. Rent A Car Ltd reserves the right to recover such duplicated payments at any time within two calendar years of such an event. Some complaints may take longer than 28 days owing to the nature of the issue and information provided. Orlando Attraction Tickets can only consider complaints that reach them within 30 days of the final day of your return date. Actions against Orlando Attraction Tickets are restricted to the laws that occur within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
Our Liability to you
- (1) Please note that for bookings of all arrangements other than accommodation our only contractual obligations to you in relation to those arrangements (other than those which are expressly set out in these conditions) are to take your booking in accordance with your instructions and provide you with a ticket or voucher to enable you to gain entry/access to the arrangement(s) in question (for example the theatre performance or attraction to which the ticket or voucher relates). We cannot accept any liability for the provision of the arrangements themselves which are provided by the suppliers of those arrangements or for the acts or omissions of the supplier(s) concerned or any of its employees, agents, suppliers or subcontractors. The terms and conditions of the supplier concerned will apply to the arrangement(s) in question. Copies of those terms and conditions are available on request.
- Please note: sub clauses (2) – (6) are all subject to sub clause (1) above.
- (2) We promise to make sure that all arrangements we have agreed to make, perform or provide as applicable as part of our contract with you (including package bookings) are made, performed or provided with reasonable skill and care. Please note, it is your responsibility to show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make a claim against us. In addition, we will only be responsible for what our employees, agents and suppliers do or do not do (where applicable) if they were at the time acting within the course of their employment (for employees) or carrying out work we had asked them to do (for agents and suppliers).
- (3) We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: -
- the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or
- the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or 'force majeure' as defined above
- (4) Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for any services which do not form part of our contract. In addition, regardless of any wording used by us on our website, in any advertising material or elsewhere, we only promise to use reasonable skill and care as set out above and we do not have any greater or different liability to you.
- (5) As set out in these booking conditions, we limit the maximum amount we may have to pay you for any claims you may make against us. For all other claims which do not involve death or personal injury our maximum liability if we are found to be at fault in connection with our contractual obligations to you is limited to twice the price of the booking in question (excluding amendment charges) paid by or on behalf of the person(s) affected in total. This maximum amount will only be payable where everything has gone wrong and you have not received any benefit at all from your arrangements.
- (6) Please note, we cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description (1) which on the basis of the information given to us by you concerning your booking prior to our accepting it, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you or (2) which did not result from any breach of contract or other fault by ourselves or our employees or, where we are responsible for them, our suppliers. Additionally, we cannot accept liability for any business losses.
Conditions of suppliers. Many of the services which make up your arrangements are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions (if any) are available on request from the supplier concerned. The suppliers reserve the right to alter the terms, conditions and inclusions of their offering at anytime. Please note that once you enter the Park or Attraction your contract will then become with the respective supplier. Any faults, issues or problems will need to be reported to the supplier at the time of incident.
Behaviour and damage When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) must be made direct to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier or to us as soon as possible. If the actual cost of the loss or damage exceeds the amount paid where estimated, you must pay the difference once known. If the actual cost is less than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded. You will also be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us and all costs incurred by us (including our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions. You should ensure you have appropriate travel insurance to protect you if this situation arises.
We expect all clients to have consideration for other people. If in our reasonable opinion or in the reasonable opinion of any other person in authority, you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, we are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the holiday of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation or other service. We will have no further responsibility toward such person(s) including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.
Website / advertising material accuracy The information contained on our website and in our other advertising material is believed correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing or publication. However, errors may occasionally occur, and information may subsequently change. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen arrangements (including the price) at the time of booking. In the event of any pricing or information errors we will contact you to advise.
Insurance We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. We cannot be held resonsible in the event that your chosen insurance cover does not provide sufficient cover in the event of cancelation, curtailment or any other reason that will impede the use of your pre-purchased tickets/experiences.
Passports, Visas and vaccinations It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct passport and visas to gain entry to any country/attraction (where applicable). You must also ensure that your vaccination status allows. We cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry to any country or attraction etc as a result of your failure to do so. Further advice and information can be obtained from the Foreign Office website www.fco.gov.uk. Further information regarding entry requirements to the USA can be found at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov .
Privacy All personal information that you provide will be held confidentially within our secure database and will not be passed to third parties unless you give permission to do so or it is necessary to do so in order to provide you with the services you have booked. Where payment is processed via credit card, credit card numbers are not retained on our database.
Our contact with you: During the lifetime of your booking with us we may contact you with information or offers relevant to your purchase. You can stop these information and offer communications by ‘opting out’ at any time. Please note that some essential communications will always be sent..These communications include but are not limited to cancellations, updated terms of your purchase, theme park, experience, shows, excursion format changes. Information on your account status and balance payments.

Ticket Guardian - Terms in response to possible travel disruption relating to Covid-19 Coronavirus
Valid for bookings with a declared travel date starting on or after 11/03/2020
In the event that your travel is totally cancelled by your airline / tour operator / holiday provider or the parks close for the entire duration of your travel due to health and safety reasons, you will receive a full refund less a cancellation charge of £10 per person.
Please note that you will need to provide written confirmation from your airline / tour operator / holiday provider that your travel plans were totally cancelled specifically by the airline / tour operator / holiday provider due to health and safety reasons related to Covid-19 Coronavirus. Ticket Guardian Cover does not apply to date changes as your tickets may still be valid.
Exclusions and Terms
Ticket Guardian does not cover the financial failure of any travel organisation.
Ticket Guardian does not cover any partially used tickets – partially used tickets cannot be refunded.
Ticket Guardian does not cover illness and self isolation.
Ticket Guardian does not cover extended tickets in hand that have been retained by customers for rearranged future travel dates.
Ticket Guardian can only be used within 30 days of the departure date specified at the time of your booking.
Ticket Guardian may only be used once (1) to transfer or cancel your booking. Thereafter normal cancellation and amendment charges will apply.

Ticket Guardian Refunds
In the event of cancelation due to government travel restrictions at home or abroad you will need to return your tickets along with any free gifts/smile alerts via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Any missing or damaged items will be charged for in full so please ensure you return everything in the state you received them in. Additional items such as postage will not be refunded. You will need to provide a tracking number for your tickets – Orlando Attraction Tickets cannot be held responsible in the event that you do not use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service or the tickets are lost in the post. You will need to ensure that your sent items have adequate insurance cover in the event of loss. Please note that the tickets are your responsibility until they have been confirmed as received by OAT. Your refund will be processed once we receive the tickets back to our office. Please note you will be charged in full for any missing tickets or free gifts.
Refund time period: At present all refunds will be made once OAT receive a refund from the ticket supplier. Refunds may take longer than expected due Government Lockdown in the UK and working restrictions in the USA. We will advise you once your refund has been processed. We appreciate your patience during this difficult period.
Please note that due to current Government lockdown restrictions additional delays may be incurred in processing cancellations/refunds/amendments.
Disney Ultimate Tickets/ E-Tickets: In the event that OAT have to supply a Will-Call voucher due to product availability/restrictions during Covid-19 period, OAT will supply customers with a Magic Band2 per ticket - please note that in the event that you subsequently have to cancel your order you will need to return the Magic Band2/s along with your tickets. The Magic Band2 must not be opened and must be unused in its original undamaged packaging. In the event that Magic Band2's is not returned or returned opened or damaged a charge of £19 per band will apply. Please note that Magic Band2’s cannot be replaced in the event of loss or damage.
