Q: Does this ticket include Volcan Bay?
A: No, this ticket does NOT include Volcano Bay. Volcano Bay will be closed from 20/10/2026 until 24/03/2027. You will still be able to enjoy all of the other great Universal Orlando Resort Parks.
Q: How often can I visit Universal Epic Universe with a valid ticket?
A: With a valid Universal 3-Park Adventure Ticket you may visit Universal Epic Universe as often as you like during the validity of your ticket.
Q: Do I have to pre-reserve a day to visit Universal Epic Universe?
A: No. You may choose to visit Universal Epic Universe on a day that suits you during the validity period of your ticket, there is no need to book in advance.

Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket The Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, AND Universal Epic Universe on all days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’). Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise.
