Q: I have already purchased a Universal Explorer Ticket, will I be able to get into Universal Epic Universe?
A: If you have already purchased a Universal Explorer Ticket before the 22nd October 2024 your ticket will not include Universal Epic Universe. You will need to purchase the 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket to access the new park.
Q: Can I upgrade my current Universal Explorer Ticket to include Universal Epic Universe?
A: Yes. If you have an existing booking and your intended first visit to Universal Orlando is after 22nd of MAY 2025 you can contact us to amend your ticket - Please emai your request to info@orlandoattractiontickets.co.uk along with your OAT Booking Number and we wll be able to advise you further.
Q: How often can I visit Universal Epic Universe with a valid ticket?
A: At present, with a valid Universal 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket you may visit Universal Epic Universe on one (1) day. You may visit the other Universal parks as much as you want during the validity period of your ticket.
Q: Do I have to pre-reserve a day to visit Universal Epic Universe?
A: No. You may choose to visit Universal Epic Universe on a day that suits you during the validity period of your ticket, there is no need to book in advance. Please remember that your ticket will only include one (1) visit to Universal Epic Universe so choose wisely :)

Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket The Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, AND Universal Volcano Bay for fourteen (14) separate calendar days. The ticket also entitles the same one (1) guest admission to Universal Epic Universe on ONE (1) separate calendar day. Ticket is valid over a fifteen (15) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited. The above Admission Media is nonrefundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’). Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise.
